This fall, Balla Ahmad, Sufyan Jalal, Shamal Saadulla, and Halgurd Baram will begin a new art project with Kashkul and collectively set to work in one space around a concept that will take shape and change through continued dialogue.

The four artists will rely on each other’s knowledge and experience in playing with possibilities for new leads to emerge. We will document their dialogues alongside the work as a record of how the project takes form, is tested, and evolves into artworks. Over time, this process will also grow into a collective curatorial approach with Kashkul for an exhibition of the works produced.

Together, we will follow the project through its different stages and make its process visible to you. In this project, you’ll encounter not just the produced art, but also the conversations, experiments, revisions, and decisions that take place along the way for different views into the work and the ways the four artists respond and make decisions as they build something together.
