The American University in Sulaimani
We are delighted that Bahaiden’s Black Flower exhibition will be among the showcases of the Kurdish Studies Forum at the American University in Sulaimani (AUIS). We warmly invite you to this exhibition, which will be on view from September 25 to October 25.
Bahaiden is a Kurdish visual and calligraphy artist who currently resides and works in Germany. Originally from Slemani, he studied European Art History at the University of Heidelberg. Since 1985, Bahaidn has participated in numerous group exhibitions across countries. His work has been recognized with several international awards, including the 1990 Graphic Art Prize, the 2010 Avesta Art Award, and multiple art awards in Egypt, United Arab Emirates, Morocco, and Oman between 2013 and 2016.
بەهایدن هونەرمەند و خۆشنووسێکی کوردە. لەدایکبووی سلێمانییە، مێژووی هونەری ئەورووپیی لە زانکۆی هایدلبێرگی ئەڵمانی خوێندووە. لە ساڵی ١٩٨٥ـەوە، بەشداریی لە چەندین پێشانگای هاوبەش لە سەرانسەری دنیادا کردووە. چەند خەڵاتێکی نێودەوڵەوتیی پێ بەخشراوە، لەوانە خەڵاتی هونەری گرافیک لە ساڵی ١٩٩٠ و خەڵاتی هونەری ئاڤێستا لە ساڵی ٢٠١٠. هەروەها لە ٢٠١٣ تا ٢٠١٦، چەندین خەڵاتی تری هونەریی لە میسڕ و ئیماڕات و مەغریب و عەمان وەرگرتووە. هەنووکە نیشتەجێی ئەڵمانیایە.
